Tracey is a champion and will stick by her client or in my case client’s. The home she sold had 3 siblings ( heirs) to please and each one was completely different than the other two and each one had his or her own personal idea of what they wanted. She basically had to juggle all three sellers needs and the buyers needs too! 4 clients involved with the selling and buying. We had the home for sale by owner at first and that was a mistake and then we used another real estate company and that was a conundrum. I accidentally met her by chance and I knew she was the answer to the problem. She always kept the three heirs informed and unified the 3 heirs and right away started doing what she said she would do, no excuses or problems. Always available and always kept her word. The buyer was very difficult to deal with but she always knew what to do and did it. We had an issue at the closing table that could have killed the entire deal but she went toe to toe with the buyer and in the end everyone was satisfied and it was very hard to handle a sale like this for one agent. She and her husband ( Chris ) even came to the home at 5 am to help me finish removing the rest of my belongings. She went above and beyond the requirements of an agent. If your looking for a very competitive agent who is honest and trustworthy then this young lady is the answer to your problem. My congratulations for a job well done. Call Tracey Moore if you want a agent that will get the job done. I am still in contact with her and looking for some property to purchase and she will represent me because I don’t have to worry about anything other than listening to her.
